Returns Policy
All Items that are unused, can be returned in its original packaging. If you received defective merchandise or a wrong item, please contact customer service immediately upon receipt of your order to arrange for a replacement.
The following items can NOT be returned:
- Custom Scooters
- Bars that have been cut as per the customer's request.
- Items that have been installed by our team as requested by the customer, such as griptape on a deck, grips on a bars, etc.
